To enhance the flavour profile further, we add a touch of freshly zested lemon and a hint of star anise depending on their ripeness. These ingredients are whirlpooled together, marrying the layers of flavours into a stunning and powerful mix. The final product is a beverage that perfectly balances sweetness, tartness, and finishes with a little show-and-tell of anise dancing in the background.
The mixture is then filtered and carbonated with ice-cold Scottish freshwater, creating a crisp and refreshing soda. We pasteurise, label, and box up each can with love and devotion at our production HQt, ensuring that every sip is as much of a smooch-y experience as possible.
