DESCRIPTION

Nice spice. We always aim for the 'goldilocks' balance between sweet, sour and spice. But these recipes have a bit more burn than our others.

PAIRING

OUR GINGA LOVES:

+ LEMON PEEL
+ SQUEEZED LIMES
+ GRAPEFRUIT WEDGES
+ ANGOSTURA BITTERS
+ PINEAPPLE JUICE
+ CRUSHED BERRIES

Bright ginger and cardamom to handle golden rums and over-proof spirits. Perfect for a ginger lover after a hot yoga session too!

STRAWBERRY LOVES:

+ LIME WEDGES
+ MINT SPRIGS
+ BASIL LEAVES
+ BLACK PEPPER
+ CRANBERRY JUICE
+ BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Suits dry white spirits, gins and tequilas. We also love it with Aperol or Campari.

Our best time with Strawberry soda was having it with a Caprese salad. Life changing.
