How long does it take to ship?
All orders placed between Monday – Thursday before 10am will be dispatched within 48 hours for UK mainland postcodes. All orders placed after noon will be fulfilled the next working day. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day. Once the goods have left our site we are unable to change the delivery address.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you must cancel your order, call us on 07388335104 immediately. If your order hasn't yet been processed on site, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods. We cannot accept cancelled orders once they have been processed and shipped. We cannot accept returns here at Rapscallion_HQ.
Allergen information
Under new legislation from December 2014, we are under obligation to be able to provide information regarding the allergen content within any items. Please note that all allergens are listed on our website in BOLD and we would ask that you check these prior to purchase. We will also include a list of these along with each product, it may be on the back or included in the packaging. We actively avoid using any of the 14 allergens in our products, the exception to this is S_03 Cranachan which contains OATS.
