We were fed up with the cheap, sweet ginger beer you find in fridges, so we decided to cut out 80% of the sugar and rebuild our flavour from the ground up.

This is rhubarb but not as you know it. We macerate rather than juice, meaning more natural flavour and bite, but far less of those pesky calories..

Big bold and bit cheeky. We balanced plump Scottish strawberries with the savoury bite.
There is method to this madness. Strawberries tend to steal the show in any drink, so we brought them back to reality with a gentle slap from chilli.
