Big, bold and a bit cheeky.
We balanced plump Scottish strawberries with the savoury bite of Scotch Bonnet Chilli.
During July we grab the plumpest strawberries from all around Scotland and race them back to Glasgow before there’s any chance of the flavours and goodness fading. Straight away we hand wash and rinse each and every strawberry, then our tireless team begin the epic hulling of the strawberries.
